5.0 out of 5 stars Very Happy
Aiming for brevity: Our major grievance with our last Nespresso with a breville engine, which we ran into the ground with over-use, was that it was loud when brewing coffee. We didn’t want to wake up the house at 4-5am….
This model is absolutely and reasonably quiet when brewing. It has a deep water reserve for numerous cups of coffee. The Brew quality is as good as any other Nespresso machine we have had. It’s very easy to load and unload.
We do not regret this purchase at all. We love coffee. It’s aesthetically nice, reasonably shaped for a small space,.and is worth the money.
Hope this helps.

5.0 out of 5 stars It’s my second Nespresso Vertuo Plus machine in six years
The first machine started to develop a mild leak after six years of daily use. Repairs would have been almost as expensive as a new one. So I ordered an identical one and am very happy with it. It works well, the coffee is mostly good to excellent. The biggest drawback are the relatively expensive capsules. And don’t compare it to the Keurig stuff. There’s no compare, infinitely better.

5.0 out of 5 stars Indulgent and Worth Every Penny!
A few months with the Nespresso Vertuo Plus and I must say, it has been an absolute game-changer in my daily coffee routine. This review aims to highlight the exceptional features that make this coffee machine worthy of a five-star rating.
Indulgent Experience: The Nespresso Vertuo Plus delivers an indulgent coffee experience that surpasses my expectations. The aroma, flavor, and rich crema of each cup are simply delightful. It’s like having a café-quality beverage right in the comfort of my own home. The quality and consistency of the coffee it produces make it a luxurious treat every morning.
Favorite Feature: I particularly enjoy using the double espresso option for my Americanos. The intense flavor and perfect balance of strength elevate my morning coffee to a whole new level. The ability to customize the size and intensity of each cup is a fantastic feature that caters to individual preferences.
Recyclable Cups: One aspect that I truly appreciate about Nespresso is their commitment to sustainability. The Vertuo Plus utilizes recyclable coffee capsules, allowing me to enjoy my coffee guilt-free. Knowing that I can enjoy my favorite beverages while minimizing my environmental impact is a significant bonus.
Daily Use and Easy Cleaning: I use the Nespresso Vertuo Plus every day without fail, and it continues to impress me. Its user-friendly design and straightforward operation make it a breeze to incorporate into my morning routine. Additionally, the machine is incredibly easy to clean, saving me time and effort.
Premium Price, but Worth It: It’s true that the Nespresso Vertuo Plus coffee capsules come at a higher price point compared to regular coffee. However, considering the indulgent experience, convenience, and exceptional quality it delivers, I believe it is worth the investment. After all, treating yourself to a premium coffee experience that replicates your favorite café drinks is truly priceless.
The Nespresso Vertuo Plus is an outstanding coffee machine that provides an indulgent and delightful coffee experience. From the convenience of the double espresso option to the recyclable cups and easy cleaning, this machine has exceeded my expectations. While the coffee capsules may come at a premium price, the overall experience and quality make it well worth the investment. If you’re seeking a top-notch coffee experience at home, the Nespresso Vertuo Plus is the perfect choice. Treat yourself—you deserve it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Coffee Bliss in Every Cup!
The Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe has completely transformed my coffee experience at home. From the sleek design to the delicious coffee it produces, I couldn’t be happier with this machine.
The convenience of the VertuoPlus is unmatched – it heats up quickly and brews a perfect cup of coffee or espresso with just the touch of a button. The range of coffee options is impressive, and I love being able to choose from different roasts and flavors to suit my mood.
The quality of the coffee is exceptional – rich, flavorful, and with a perfect crema every time. Plus, the Aeroccino milk frother creates creamy foam for lattes and cappuccinos that rival those from my favorite coffee shops.
Cleanup is a breeze thanks to the removable water tank and used capsule container. The machine’s compact size also fits perfectly in my kitchen without taking up too much space.
Overall, the Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe has exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re a coffee lover looking for a convenient and high-quality brewing experience at home, look no further – this machine is a game-changer! Highly recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars A good cup of coffe with foam.
This makes a very good cup of coffee with foam. Easy to use. Be prepared, the coffee is stronger than the usual coffee maker even Keurig. If you like to relax and enjoy your coffee this should make you happy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love this so much!!
Best purchase I have ever made! Saved so much money making my coffee every morning. The tast is perfect, the foam is perfect. I would literally recommend this to anyone who likes fancy coffee but not the high prices of buying it everyday. it takes me less than 10 minutes to make an iced latte with whatever flavor I choose to use!

1.0 out of 5 stars Fraudulent scam from Nespresso, bad coffee, and extremely hard to use
UPDATE: I went for a Keurig K-Supreme Plus instead and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever purchased! I am absolutely in love with it (and I don’t usually get so enthusiastic about things that I’ve purchased)! Delicious coffee within seconds every morning – it actually makes me look forward to morning time, and so much variety!! It probably sounds like I’m affiliated with Keurig but I’m not, and I’m not being paid for this review. I just don’t understand why Nespresso has such a following (I had tried this out because a friend told me that it’s waaay better than Keurig, and that is definitely not true).
High-level faults before getting into the fraud/scam details:
1. It is very difficult to use. I work in tech, and love tech gadgets. With this thing, it’s ridiculously difficult to figure out how to make a cup of coffee. I had to watch numerous YouTube videos. The amount of different combinations of button presses for each different function is just crazy. For example “tap the coffee button three times within 2 seconds, hold two buttons for more than 3 seconds, then tap the coffee button to confirm. Then a green light will flash three times, followed by a solid orange light…”. I can pretty much guarantee you won’t even be able to open the machine to put a pod in there without watching a YouTube video.
2. There is a VERY limited selection of coffees. While every coffee company out there makes pods for Keurig machines, Nespresso machines read a barcode on each pod, and will not do anything unless the pod is from Nespresso or Starbucks.
3. The coffee is just meh. I don’t know what all the great reviews are about.
Now for the fraud part – seriously, there’s a whole reddit thread about suing Nespresso for this:
I received my Nespresso Vertuo Plus today and was very disappointed to find out (after a lot of frustrating, time-wasting troubleshooting and researching) that the largest coffee it can make is 7.7oz, even though Nespresso says this machine can make up to 14oz coffees. However, Nespresso has discontinued the Alto/XL pods that are required to make 14oz coffees, but they still say everywhere that they can make up to 14oz. The whole reason I decided to give Nespresso a try is because they very loudly market the fact that this can make large cups of coffee (like a Keurig can), but it’s literally not possible in this machine because when it reads a barcode on each pod, it uses the amount of water that’s recommended for that pod. So, without the Alto/XL pods (which no longer exist, but you won’t see that update in any of their documentation or YouTube videos), you cannot make a coffee that’s larger than 7.7oz unless you use multiple pods, which would be stupid because the pods are already more expensive than their competitors. Nespresso even has a YouTube video that shows how to make a large cup of coffee in this machine by manually programming the amount of water to use. I tried this with one of the other pods (not Alto/XL), and even though I kept my finger on the button like they said, it still stopped at 7.7oz. They should clearly say that you can only make a maximum of 7.7oz because they no longer support the 14oz pods.
Final thoughts:
I’m originally from Europe but I’ve lived in the US for a few years. When I go into a coffee shop in the US, it’s most common to see people ordering at least 12oz or 16oz coffees. Tiny little coffees are great in Europe, but Nespresso is being really stupid for making the majority of their machines not cater for the US market, which is one of the biggest markets in the world for coffee consumption.

5.0 out of 5 stars Reminiscent of Italy
Had to get an espresso machine after living abroad in Italy for 3 years. I was skeptical about the pod system at first but in the end I didn’t notice substantial differences between a standard espresso machine and this pod system. Very user friendly and has been performing consistently well in a house of espresso lovers for a few months. Be sure to regularly clean the machine to keep it running at its best.

5.0 out of 5 stars WHAT A GREAT INVENTION!
It’s an Amazingly complicated little Robot. How does it remove the old pod and dump it in its own built-in dumpster, figure out how many ounces to brew, then make a bunch of delicious espresso noises as it prepares itself to fill your little cup with steaming brew. Wonderful. I’ll search, probably forever, through hundreds if descriptive Italian words, to find what will be my Goldilocks espresso.

4.0 out of 5 stars Broke Upon Arrival, But Worth The Wait
As soon as I opened it and set it up there was a red ring, wouldn’t open, and wouldn’t factory reset. Amazon said call Nespresso, Nespresso said call Amazon. Ridiculous. Amazon has a new machine on the way, I will change this review if that one actually works.
UPDATE:
The new machine is in and the coffee is fantastic. Caffeinated, flavorful, frothy. It looks so creamery and smells so good coming out of the machine. I will be riding the Nespresso train and retiring my Kurieg. This machine is like a barista in your house.
They sent me only the machine to replace a broken machine & frother combo so I can’t give 5 stars because I’m still down a frother but that has nothing to do with the machine itself.

Exactly as expected! No issues so far but I have only made one type of coffee repeatedly so. Easy to use and love the used pod holder!

4.0 out of 5 stars Room for improvement
Easy to set up and use, however it takes up more space than anticipated. This is due to the water storage container being awkwardly located. Also, it is very loud while brewing.

I bought this as a wedding gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! She stopped buying coffee outside the home so this was a perfect gift for her.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing product!
I’m not your typical coffee drinker…not a snob about having to have a certain kind or flavor, I don’t buy coffee every day and I honestly don’t even have a coffee maker on my counter. BUT…I love a good cup of coffee and can certainly taste the difference.
I had a couple different Nespresso pods at my friend’s house a while back and it was great, but I never got my own. After doing some research, I decided to go with a Vertuo machine and ultimately with the Vertuo Plus. I like the flexibility of the water tank as it can swivel from one side to the other and the reviews all said this was a great one to get. I scored this with the frother on sale, but wasn’t sure what pods I should get. I was delightfully surprised with I found this setup came with a sampler pack of pods!!
I’ve used it a couple weeks now and it does NOT disappoint! I quickly learned which my favorite pods were thanks to the sampler pack.
I brew one cup before I head to work (and mix in my steamed/frothed milk!) and sip on it on my commute. I wasn’t sure I’d ever use the frother, but it is a game changer!! SO SO GOOD!
On weekends, I have 2-3 cups.
One concern is the cost of the pods. Today I received the pod refiller setup and a can of good espresso and tried that. That will be a separate review, but I can say that it’s really good and works great!
Buy with confidence and enjoy the deliciousness that it produces!

4.0 out of 5 stars Wife loves it but…
**UPDATE**
I was able to figure out how to work around the issue with the pod getting stuck. It seems to be related to the heat causing expansion and contraction. My wife would make her coffee in the morning and then leave the used pod inside until the next day when she went to make her next cup of coffee. By this time the pod was cooled down and apparently some expansion inside the coffee maker was occurring as it cooled. This causes the pods to get stuck. We’ve found that if she removes them immediately after making her cup of coffee everything works as normal. Not sure if this can be fixed or not.
**UPDATE**
Wife loves this machine but the pods are constantly getting stuck in it and not popping up. When we first got it, it worked great. Pods popped up and were pulled out and slid to the back container. Now it doesn’t do that anymore. The entire mechanism stay lowered down in the machine and we have to pry the pod up until it pops up. Then we can manually remove the pod.

5.0 out of 5 stars Makes amazing espresso and coffee
Easy to setup and use – much easier than Kuerig – and makes much tastier fuller bodied coffee,
